Bernice A. King Featured at University of Nebraska-Lincoln
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s MLK Week culminates with a moderated conversation with Dr. Bernice A. King, daughter of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King.
Bernice A. King is a global thought leader, orator and peace advocate. She was appointed CEO of the Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change in 2012. The event will also feature performances by the Nebraska Repertory Theatre and the St. Louis Black Repertory Company, as well as the 2021 Chancellor’s Fulfilling the Dream Award.
This is the final event for the University’s MLK Week, which followed the theme, “Continue to speak out against all forms of injustice to yourselves and others, and you will set a mighty example for your children and for future generations.”
