Events

WIN members gather in small groups for activities and educational programs in person and online. Visitors are welcome, and WIN members are encouraged to share invitations to introduce friends to WIN.

During this time of social distancing, we continue to connect around special interests in these ways:

  • WIN Webinars – Topics range from planning philanthropy to the issues pulled from headlines in Nebraska, as well as WIN’s own grant-related topics. These Zoom-based gatherings are free and open to members and guests.
  • WIN Opportunities  – WIN seeks out free lectures and other programs sponsored by the University of Nebraska or other nonprofits that can be accessed online.
  • WIN Grant Awards Celebration – WIN’s signature event is the annual WIN Grant Awards Celebration each fall, at which the new grant recipients are announced and a keynote speaker is featured.
  • WIN Socials – WIN members enjoy getting together via Zoom or in person to network with women who share their passion for our work.
